The transaction consisted of a preliminary agreement with Alucrom for the acquisition of a 2,000 m2 paintshop facility which was built in 2014 and located next to Fortaco Group's existing factory in Janów Lubelski. The employees of the Alucrom branch will be transferred to Fortaco JL together with the movable and immovable property comprising the facility. The preliminary agreement was signed on 20 December 2021, while the transaction is scheduled to close on 31 March 2022.
