DWF assisted Gruppo Florence S.p.A. in the acquisitions of Calzaturificio Lorenza and Calzaturificio Novarese as well as Officine Ciemmeci. The acquisitions of Lorenza and Novarese Gruppo Florence, Italy's first integrated manufacturing hub serving international luxury fashion, inaugurates the segment dedicated to footwear with the entry of two new manufacturing excellences and consolidates its presence in the intermediate processing sector with Officine Ciemmeci.
