The issuance – reserved exclusively for professional investors and exempt from prospectus obligations – aims to enhance two logistics assets in the industrial triangle of Milan-Turin-Genoa.
The DWF team, which handled all aspects of due diligence on the real estate assets and the issuer, as well as all capital market aspects related to the issuance of the senior secured bonds and banking aspects related to the security package, was coordinated by partner Luca Lo Po', European head of the capital markets practice, and included partner Daniele Zanni and senior associate Danilo Cicero for real estate aspects, counsel Alberto Castelli for banking aspects, and associate Isabella Marchetti for capital market aspects.
