The DWF corporate team was led by John Campion (Partner) and Jemil Visram (Director), alongside Jagdeep Lall (Solicitor), Pippa James (Solicitor) and Adil Jahangir (Trainee). Andrew Harris (Consultant), Oleksandra Vytiaganets (Associate), Victoria Harkness (Associate) and Alice Gilman (Solicitor) supported with the court sanctioned scheme of arrangement. Tax and Share Incentives advice was provided by James Cashman (Partner), Callum Young (Associate) and Douglas Pyrke (Solicitor). PHC was advised on the financial terms of the takeover by Cavendish Capital Markets Limited. PI Industries was advised by Shoosmiths and Zeus Capital Limited.

Jemil Visram, commenting said: "We are delighted to have advised Plant Health Care on its recommended takeover by PI Industries. This strategic move will not only enhance the international rollout of PHC's innovative peptide products, which are crucial in protecting crops from diseases and stresses, but also aligns with PI Industries’ vision of expanding its global footprint in sustainable agriculture."

Chris Richards, Chair of PHC commenting said: "The team at DWF went above and beyond the routine legal role throughout this transaction.  They provided prompt and sound advice and proactively sought solutions to problems, including where others had not spotted them.  Every one of the DWF team members performed well, worked really hard, kept their cool and helped the Executive to stay calm and focussed."
