DWF assisted Banca Valsabbina in the subscription of Espe minibond

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted Banca Valsabbina in the bond issuance by Espe S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the renewable energy sector as an EPC contractor specialising in the supply of photovoltaic systems.

 
The issuance, amounting to €2 million, was fully subscribed by Banca Valsabbina.

The DWF team was composed of partner Luca Lo Po', counsel Massimo Filippo Breviglieri and senior associate Paolo Cadili.
