DWF provided comprehensive legal support throughout the entire transaction process, including due diligence, preparing and negotiating transaction documents, and advising on the establishment of an investment partnership structure with Wood & Co. The investors plan to jointly develop the site into a modern warehouse facility, which will subsequently be commercialised.
