DWF assists GE.PA in proceedings before the Cosenza Tax Justice Court

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted GE.PA, a company operating a café and tobacco retail business, in proceedings before the Tax Justice Court of Cosenza, successfully obtaining the annulment of a tax assessment relating to alleged unrecorded revenues.
