Andrew oversees Group Legal operations for the Connected Services and Mindcrest divisions, in respect of all requirements including structuring activity, legal compliance and policy and terms development.
Prior to joining the group legal team, Andrew was a corporate and commercial partner in DWF (Australia), with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial arrangements and internal corporate and commercial policies, encompassing HR requirements and employment disputes.
In his spare time, Andrew writes and reviews fiction, as well as enjoying opera, theatre and films.
