Anna Kida is an advocate and works as an Associate at the Warsaw office of DWF Poland. She supports the intellectual property rights team specialising in the protection of widely defined intellectual property and personal data. Anna focuses on a full spectrum of issues connected with the protection of intellectual property rights. She is also interested in disputes relating to the protected creations of the human mind and cases related to combating unfair competition.
Anna's daily work focuses on assisting clients in ongoing matters related to, among other things, the acquisition of content protected by copyright law, drafting and negotiating agreements on the transfer of intellectual property rights.
She is also familiar with the basics of German intellectual property rights law and she continues to expand her knowledge in this field.
