Bartosz Rytel is an Advocate Trainee and a Junior Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Department at DWF Poland.
Bartosz specialises in dispute resolution before the national courts and arbitral tribunals, with a particular focus on cases related to infrastructure projects, lease of commercial premises and corporate matters. He also advises clients in settlement proceedings and pre-litigation negotiations.
His experience includes advisory on claims concerning valorisation of contractual remuneration, damages, unjust enrichment, extension of time under FIDIC Conditions of Contract, modification of contractual terms due to extraordinary circumstances, acts of unfair competition, rescission from the contract and the related financial settlements.
