Experience
Denise is admitted to the Roll and practicing in both England and Wales and Northern Ireland, specialising in construction law with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Denise has worked extensively with both public and private sector clients advising on the drafting of contracts and negotiating terms of both standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, MF1) and bespoke contracts.
Denise also has an active role in advising and settling issues for clients as well as following the relevant dispute resolution processes. Denise has wide ranging experience working for developers, funders and end users.
