Dominic has over 17 years' experience of acting on matters involving regulated and unregulated lending and recovery and advising on consumer credit issues, including mediation of disputes both formally and informally.
Dominic has acted and advised on issues including satisfactory quality disputes, guarantee and indemnity disputes, title and lien claims on assets, recovery of property both for secured and unsecured lending, restraint and freezing orders on assets and more.
His 17 years' in this field has given him much practical experience, as has working in-house with a finance company.
Dominic's interests include cycling, supporting Liverpool Football Club and Wales Rugby Union.
