Experience

Before moving into a career in training and development, Fran worked for seven years in senior sales and sales management roles with a UK division of Deutsche Bank. These high-pressured roles have provided her with the confidence and knowledge to develop services and training material relevant and appropriate to clients working in highly regulated industries.
