Holly is a Special Counsel in DWF's Insurance team and is based in Sydney.

Experience

Holly is an experienced litigation lawyer and insurance specialist.  She has been working with Lloyd's of London clients for over 8 years.  While based in Sydney she has acted for insureds in all Australian State and Territories. 

Holly has particular interest and expertise in defending personal injury claims and Work Health and Safety prosecutions on behalf of insureds/insurers and acting for interested parties in Coronial inquiries.  Her clients include sporting organisations, recreational activity providers, volunteer community groups, coaches/trainers and building/construction companies.  Most of her work centres around serious accidents, and accordingly, Holly approaches clients with empathy and delivers careful and considerate advice.

Holly also has broad litigation experience.  She has achieved excellent results for clients defending consumer law disputes (including a consumer class action), nuisance claims, defamation proceedings and discrimination complaints.
