Experience
Joanna Sztandera is a member of the Banking and Finance Practice Group in Warsaw training to become a solicitor in England and Wales. She specialises in banking, financial and corporate law.
Joanna participated in multiple local and cross-border financing and refinancing transactions, assisting Polish and foreign banks, financial institutions and borrowers. Her professional experience includes drafting and negotiating finance documents and legal opinions, as well as supervising due fulfilment of conditions precedent for facility disbursements.
Before joining DWF in Poland, she worked in leading international law firms.
She graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Aberdeen School of Law and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in London, where she is currently studying a postgraduate master’s degree combined with the Legal Practice Course.
