Experience
John advises on policy coverage issues for both primary and excess layer insurers in respect of national and international risks, including Bermuda Form, ad hoc and LCIA arbitrations.
He acts for insurers and insureds in public and product liability claims including medical device and pharmaceutical claims, clinical trials, property losses, cyber and D&O liabilities.
He is currently advising London excess market insurers on coverage issues arising from multiple law suits filed by state, county, municipal and Native American governments against US opioid manufacturers and wholesale distributors.
