Katarzyna works as a Senior Associate in the Banking, Finance and Insolvency Litigation Department at DWF in Poland. She has extensive experience in representing clients in commercial and civil disputes.
In her practice she mainly focuses on advising clients in commercial disputes and cases regarding loans in a foreign currency. Katarzyna has experience in day-to-day advisory provided to commercial companies, also in the scope of GDPR, and representing clients in court proceedings regarding construction contracts, insurance guarantees and bonds. She advised clients on corporate disputes and restructuring proceedings. Katarzyna has executed projects for Polish and international clients, including public and key State Treasury companies.
