With a primary focus on M&A, she offers comprehensive legal counsel to both domestic and international commercial entities during the M&A transactions - share and asset deals, as well as investment processes involving venture capital and private equity.
Her expertise encompasses managing activities in M&A transactions, including coordinating due diligence analyses, structuring M&A transactions, preparing transaction documentation, and conducting negotiations throughout various stages of transactions, as well as managing the closing activities and providing post-closing support during the integration process.
Katarzyna has vast transactional experience, including advisory for renewable energy companies i.a. Nebo Solar, ONDE, SachsenEnergie, as well as other entities across diverse sectors, i.a.: new technologies, insurance, cashless payments, grocery sector. In addition, she provided advise on transactions for PE/VC funds like Avallon, Avia Capital, Innova and Giant Ventures.
She also advises on day-to-day legal matters concerning corporate and commercial companies law.
