Katherine is a specialist non‑contentious construction lawyer advising clients across a wide range of sectors on all aspects of development and infrastructure projects. Her practice spans the full lifecycle of construction procurement, with experience acting for developers, investors, landowners, funders and professional consultants.

She brings a commercial, solutions‑focused approach to structuring, negotiating and delivering projects of varying scale and complexity.

A core part of Katherine’s work involves supporting clients on the construction law elements of finance, real estate, and corporate transactions, ensuring that construction risk is appropriately allocated and aligned with wider deal objectives.

Known for her clear communication, collaborative working style and pragmatic legal advice, Katherine helps clients navigate technical issues with clarity and confidence, enabling projects to progress smoothly and efficiently.
