Retu has a diverse portfolio of cases to include motor, employer and public liability claims. She handles a cases claims involving traumatic brain injury, chronic pain and serious orthopaedic injuries and has experience dealing with a variety of complex liability issues.
Retu also has a particular interest in cases involving causation issues, exaggeration and fundamental dishonesty. As part of her work in the brain injury sphere, Retu keeps a close eye on scientific developments and advances in the field and has prepared articles and training sessions for her clients on such emerging issues.
