Over tea, cake and good company, we will share experiences, exchange perspectives and take a moment to recognise the quiet impact, resilience and leadership that help move projects and people forward, whilst making space to discuss challenges, barriers and opportunities.
This session is designed to bring people together for meaningful networking and open dialogue. Alongside afternoon tea, guests will have the opportunity to take part in an inclusive, open‑forum discussion, providing a safe and supportive environment to share experiences, perspectives and ideas.
This event is open to all – we welcome women, men, allies and advocates from across the construction and built environment sector who share an interest in inclusion, equity and positive culture change.
