This session covered what notices, reports and assessment summaries need to be prepared in order to conduct a procurement that complies with the obligations in the Procurement Act 2023.
The session set out both non-contentious and contentious procurement documents and included flowcharts and checklists setting out what are mandatory as opposed to optional requirements. Our experts provided early practical guidance on how to comply with the procedural requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 which will apply to all procurements commencing after 28th October 2024.
