To mark International Women’s Day 2026, we are hosting a series of virtual interviews showcasing diverse female role models from across the DWF organisation.
This year’s United Nations International Women's Day theme is “Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women and Girls”. This resonates strongly with our commitment to advancing gender equality and aligns with UN Global Compact Sustainable Development Goal #5 for Gender Equality.
Our interview series will spotlight colleagues with experiences spanning flexible working, careers in employment rights, and those who actively champion equality within their communities. Throughout the week, our speakers will share:
- Their career journeys and the paths that led them to where they are today
- The lessons learned along the way
- Their personal experiences of contributing to gender equity and inclusion
- Practical advice for those beginning their careers and those seeking to accelerate their career progression.
Our contributors represent a broad cross-section of DWF from central services to legal professionals, newly qualified professionals to executive board members, and colleagues from across our global organisation.
