Allvotec Limited, which delivers and supports end-to-end technology and communications services, has acquired ISG Technology, which provides network design, deployment and management services for multi-site clients in the UK.
Allvotec was advised by a team of lawyers from DWF led by National Head of Corporate, Frank Shephard with his team: Katy Philips (corporate), Rebecca Gargary (corporate), James Cashman (tax), Alex Tolcher (tax), Emily Snape (employment), Nicole van Leenen (data protection), JP Buckley (data protection) and Alexander Szehidewicz (banking).
WestBridge were supported on the divestment by Clearwater International (Carl Houghton, Wesley Fell-Smith and Finn O’Driscoll) and Capital Law (Cath Golledge, Angelina Drljaca-Chandler and Tom Kelleher).
