Bernd Borgmann and Eva Einfeldt join DWF from DLA Piper where they were both Partners.
Bernd is a highly experienced employment lawyer. He joined DLA Piper in 2004 where he headed up the Cologne office and the German labour law practice. Between 2014 and 2016, he was the co-managing partner of the law firm in Germany. Bernd began his legal career in 1998 at Pünder, after which he joined Linklaters as a Managing Associate. Bernd specialises in employment matters relating to the insurance, metal and electrical industries, advising them on restructuring and transactions.
Eva, equally experienced, joined DLA Piper in 2014 and was made a Partner in 2017. Prior to that, she worked at Luther since 2000, the last six years as Partner. Eva specialises on restructuring and collective employment law matters. She also advises clients on employee data protection and compliance issues. The main areas of practice are the metal, automotive and hospitality industries.
At DWF, Bernd and Eva will lead a team of two associates and a partner who are based in DWF's Munich and Düsseldorf offices.
