SET is a global business, providing branding, marketing, advertising, creative design, digital product development, production and data analytics services in the sports, entertainment and tech sectors. The acquisition, will allow SET to become part of an organisation, which will have the scale to accelerate the delivery of a shared strategic vision.
The cross–office DWF team who advised SET's independent directors was led by corporate partner John Campion and included Laurie Clay and Siobhan Cameron (corporate), James Cashman and Caroline Colliston (incentives, tax) and Andrew Harris (litigation).
