Global legal business, DWF, have advised Polish charter airline, Enter Air in the process of obtaining financing under the PFR Financial Shield for large companies.
DWF's Poland office have advised Enter Air in the financing, which will see Enter Air receive PLN 287 million to cover the costs of current operations and ensure financial stability during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The legal team of DWF Poland was led by Tomasz Kaczmarek (Local Partner), alongside Rafał Woźniak, (Local Partner), Krzysztof Kropidłowski (Counsel), Mateusz Baszczyk (Senior Associate) and Adrian Ziółkowski (Junior Associate). Supervision and strategic support was provided by Michał Pawłowski, Managing Partner.
