DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has advised Manchester-based Connex One in its latest fundraising round.
Raising more than £93m, the customer engagement platform, used by household brands, plans to expand its global workforce to more than 1000, and scale up operations as well.
This latest investment reflects the growth the firms has experienced in recent years, with new features being added to its software, and new offices opened in the US, Europe, and Australia.
DWF's Manchester Corporate team advised on the deal, led by partners Frank Shephard and Darren Ormsby, senior associate Rebecca Gargary, and solicitor Eleanor Chatterton.
