DWF's advice to Karimpol Group covered all stages of the transaction. The entire work was supervised by Tomasz Kaczmarek, Partner heading the Banking and Finance Department at DWF in Poland, Co-Head of Banking and Finance for Continental Europe. The team involved in the project included: Adrian Jonca, Partner and Katarzyna Stec, Counsel from the Tax Department, as well as Marta Piotrkowicz, Senior Associate and Joanna Sztandera, Associate from the Banking and Finance Department.
The German bank granted to a company from Karimpol Group a five year financing that is one of the largest single asset office financing in Poland this year. The funds obtained will be used to refinance Karimpol's flagship investment project – the Skyliner office building at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw.
