DWF's Italian team has advised Gruppo Florence'scurrent shareholders and managers in the sale of 100% share capital to Permira - a global private equity firm,and subsequent reinvestment in Gruppo Florence. The selling shareholders, including VAM Investments, will reinvest a significant portion of their proceeds in the company, thus remaining strongly committed to the project.
