30 May 2025

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, has advised ADHD 360, a leading provider of assessments, diagnosis and treatment for neurodiverse conditions, on its sale to Keys Group – one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist care, support and education

ADHD 360, which offers virtual services to both privately and NHS-funded patients across the UK, supports children and adults with neurodevelopmental conditions. Based in Lincolnshire, the clinic is known for its technology-enabled approach to care.

Keys Group delivers services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury and mental health conditions through its Accomplish brand. It also operates residential children’s homes, specialist schools, and adventurous activity education centres under the Keys brand.

Following the deal, ADHD 360 will retain its name, branding and identity, and CEO Dr Phillip Anderton PhD will remain in the business for at least 12 months to support the transition.
The DWF team advising ADHD 360 was led by partner and global head of corporate, Frank Shephard, supported by Kartik Monga, Katy Butler, Narissa Pankhania, Andrea Tarazi, Zita Dempsey and Caroline Colliston.

Commenting on the deal, Frank Shephard, said: "We are proud to have supported ADHD 360 on this important transaction. Phil and the team have built an incredible business borne out their desire to help people with an ADHD diagnosis. The deal brings together two organisations committed to delivering high-quality care and we are confident that this partnership will enhance access to ADHD services across the UK."

Dr Phillip Anderton PhD, CEO of ADHD 360, said: "I found the DWF team to be consummate professionals. They pushed us – as any strong legal team should – but did so with humility, empathy and unwavering integrity. They were trusted partners throughout this journey, and the right legal team to have by my side."
