DWF assisted Banca Valsabbina in the subscription of the Syneto minibond

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted Banca Valsabbina in the first bond issuance of Syneto S.p.A., a company active in offering IT and cloud services. 

Banca Valsabbina acted as originator and sole investor.

The DWF team was composed of partner Luca Lo Po', counsel Massimo Filippo Breviglieri and senior associate Paolo Cadili.
