DWF has advised Pasquarelli Auto S.p.A. and Auto Uno S.r.l. in the acquisition of Sesto Autoveicoli

DWF, the global provider of integrated legal and business services, assisted Pasquarelli Auto S.p.A. a mobility provider active in the trade of new and used cars and commercial vehicles, and Auto Uno S.r.l., in the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Sesto Autoveicoli S.p.A., a historic car dealership in the Milan market. 
The DWF team was coordinated by partner Luca Lo Pò, European head of the firm’s financial regulation practice, and managing partner Michele Cicchetti. The team included counsel Massimo Filippo Breviglieri and senior associate Paolo Cadili for corporate and contractual matters. For privacy due diligence, partner Francesco Falco and associate Chiara Arcidiacono were involved.
