The deals spanned a wide range of sectors including technology, financial services, retail, healthcare and energy, with highlights including advising Daisy Group on its merger with Virgin Media O2; Sovereign Capital Partners LLP and shareholders of Agena Group Ltd on the company’s sale and re-investment by Livingbridge and the investment by Elysian Capital in IMS Euro.
DWF also acted for NorthEdge-backed Cezanne HR on its acquisition of Bid Recruit Limited and Staubbach Limited (trading as Occupop). Other transactions included the sale of ADHD360 to Keys Group, the acquisition of Platt Rushton LLP by Affinia and advising RSK Group Limited on its continued growth strategy through the acquisition of AJ Engineering & Construction Services Limited.
