Dhruv Chhatralia BEM, partner and head of venture capital at DWF said: “Wille Finance has a strong track record of backing ambitious businesses and we are very pleased to have supported the team on this investment. Cross-border investments such as this require commercial, responsive advice and close collaboration between advisers and investors, and it was a real pleasure working with the Wille Finance team to bring the transaction to completion.”

Paddy Eaton, head of the London corporate team at DWF, said: “This transaction highlights the breadth of DWF’s corporate offering across private equity, venture and growth capital. Supporting international clients investing into UK businesses is a core strength of our London corporate practice.”
