Aleksandra specialises in intellectual property law, in particular she advises on trademarks, copyright and unfair competition matters.
Aleksandra holds experience in combating infringements of intellectual property rights in toy, furniture, beverages and luxury goods sectors. Her professional portfolio includes trademark registrability examination and eliminating counterfeit products from the market. She has advised clients on comprehensive brand protection strategies and participated in IP due diligence. She has experience in drafting and preparing contracts in the field of intellectual property. She holds an experience in e-commerce sector.
Prior to joining DWF, Aleksandra gained experience in leading international and Polish law offices.
Aleksandra graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and participated in Erasmus+ Programme at Northumbria University. She completed American Law Centre co-organised by the Georgia State University, and a course in fashion law and luxury goods management at Milan Fashion Institute.
She graduated from Queen Mary University of London, where she gained LLM (Master of Law) in Intellectual Property area. She speaks English, Italian and Polish.
