Andrew has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of real estate matters including advising public sector clients, commercial developers, and land owners in relation to regeneration and development schemes, development funding, options, conditional contracts/agreements for lease and overage. Andrew specialises in public sector real estate and advises on development schemes, infrastructure agreements and regeneration projects.
Andrew acts for a number of local authorities and public sector clients including Royal Borough of Greenwich, South Tyneside Council, Advance Northumberland (a local authority delivery vehicle) and Homes England.
