Experience
Carlos has extensive experience in M&A transactions; all kinds of corporate agreements; venture capital; project finance (business and real estate), banking, stock market regulation, securities law and anti-money laundering matters. He has participated in several real estate financing, refinancing and debt restructuring processes.
In real estate, he focuses his practice on buying and selling and (re) financing assets and portfolios (e.g. hotel, residential), management platforms, relevant individual assets and joint ventures to develop or invest in real estate projects.
Before joining DWF-RCD, Carlos worked at DAC Beachcroft and CMS-Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. He is a speaker at several seminars in his area of specialization.
Carlos has attended and participated in several specialized seminars related to his areas of expertise.
