Caroline specialises in both contentious and non-contentious Health and Safety law and has a wealth of experience in this area gained over the last 9 years. Her experience includes investigations and prosecutions across a broad spectrum of areas including health and safety; corporate and gross negligence manslaughter; inquests; fire safety; environmental matters; waste management; transport; stunt performance; food safety and anti-bribery legislation.
Caroline advises at all stages of a criminal investigation and is often engaged early during investigations into the most serious work-related safety incidents to assist with crisis management, board reporting, interviews under caution, witness interviews, appeals against enforcement notices and the preparation of substantial written representations.
