Experience
Catherine has significant experience advising on the promotion of development projects in London and wider UK, including mixed use schemes, tall buildings, build-to-rent developments and urban logistics. Catherine has extensive experience in advising clients in relation to Judicial Review, obtaining Injunctions, prosecutions, legal challenges and planning and enforcement appeals.
She has particular experience advising on major infrastructure development (DCOs) and compulsory purchase orders (CPOs). This includes protecting clients' assets through advocay at hearing and the negotiation of complex settlement agreements, and also securing compulsory purchase compensation where land has been acquired compulsorily, and advising on Blight Notices.
