Danilo advises leading national and international Real Estate market players (asset management companies, Real Estate investment funds, Real Estate companies):
- In all phases of Real Estate asset and/or portfolio acquisition and disposal transactions (including exchange of letters of intent, due diligence, drafting of binding offers or preliminary agreements and deeds of transfer), as well as during the construction phase of Real Estate development projects (negotiation and drafting of construction contracts).
- On day‑by‑day legal assistance relating to asset management (drafting of lease agreements or loan-for-use or leasing agreements, business unit lease agreements, hotel management agreements, project management agreements, marketing/service agreements, settlement agreements, property & facility agreements, legal opinions and corporate minutes, commercial contracts relating to the business carried out by the clients).
- In the management of judicial and/or out-of-court litigation relating to Real Estate matters.
- In September 2015, he successfully undertook the certificate of the School of Specialisation for In‑House Counsel held by A.I.G.I. (Italian Association of In‑House Counsel), with a dissertation entitled “Franchising Agreements and Abuse of Economic Dependence: Compliance Activities, Risk Management and Governance of the In‑House Legal Counsel”.
- In 2016, he completed his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law of the University of Palermo in Roman Law and Domestic and Supranational Public Law.
- In 2014, he successfully undertook the diploma of the Master’s programme held by "Il Sole 24 Ore Business School" in "International Trade Law – Business & Legal English".
