Dave works in an extremely sensitive side of the law and offers a start to conclusion service to insurers, frequently undertaking liability investigations across the UK, developing relationships with the insured and gaining full insight into the accident circumstances. It is also necessary to be able to advise insurers on rehabilitation, so that clients can maximise recovery before focussing on settlement.
Dave has helped resolve many multi-million pound claims on both a lump sum and periodical payments order basis. He occasionally is a guest speaker at internal and external events.
Dave is married with two daughters. He enjoys cycling and is frequently seen on the roads of the Wirral, the hills in North Wales and further afield. For several years he has participated in RSAM charity events raising funds for the Motability Scheme for disabled drivers and Whizz Kids who supply wheelchairs to disabled children.
