Experience
Dean has extensive experience of UK and cross-border finance transactions, acting for domestic and international borrower, investor and lender clients.
He advises on a broad range of bilateral and syndicated debt finance transactions, including corporate banking and leveraged finance transactions, asset based lending and restructurings.
Dean also has particular expertise in real estate finance, in relation to both investment and development transactions (particularly BTR and PBSA schemes and other living sector transactions).
Other sectors in which Dean is active include healthcare, hotels and hospitality.
