- Advised Banco BPM on a €12 million financing transaction in favour of Purelabs to support the acquisition of Sunmed Group, a multidisciplinary healthcare centre located in the Torrino district of Rome.
- Advised Crédit Agricole Italia, Deutsche Bank, Banca di Asti and Sparkasse on a €22 million financing granted to Poplast S.r.l., a portfolio company of a fund managed by Green Arrow Capital.
- Advised VAM Investments on the financing of the acquisition of the first 21 fitness clubs from the Orange and Egosistema groups, funded by a pool of banks.
