Experience
During his carrer, Giuseppe has assisted investment funds, banks, industrial companies and private client in the negotiation of complex transaction, including cross-boarder deal. His experience in M&A includes complex transaction, including the negotation of SPA, share and asset deal, joint venture agreement, options agreement, merger, de-merger, and corporate reorganization.
Reagrding the Banking and Finance activities, his experiences cover project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, green bond, corporate bond and corporate finance. In the sector of energy and infrastructure, Giuseppe has gained a significant experience in drafting and negotiating the main project contracts, including EPC, O&M, procurement agreement, DSA and PPA.
