Guglielmo also has extensive expertise in public tenders, procurement contracts and public services, in city planning, real estate and litigation issues.
His clients include banks and financial institutions and his experience covers a broad range of domestic and international deals.
Before joining DWF, Guglielmo worked in a leading national law firm, a civil law professor boutique firm and a prestigious notarial office, where he gained extensive experience in matters relating to civil and company law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures, as well as banking and real estate.
Guglielmo is a member of the Italian Bar. He speaks Italian, English and French.
