As Cyber Delivery Manager at DWF, Henry has a strong focus on quality control and the creation of notification lists following cyber incidents. His role involves working globally to ensure that notifications are accurate, timely and comply with regulatory requirements.
Henry began his career in eDiscovery and cyber breach in 2018 at Epiq's eDiscovery/cyber breach division. Over four years, he advanced to Senior Notifications Operations Manager, managing the notification list creation processes and overseeing a remote team in both the US and India.
In 2022, he joined KPMG where he worked on cyber incidents and corporate fraud cases for two years. In his previous roles at Epiq Global and KPMG, Henry developed skills in managing remote teams, MS Excel, Relativity, SQL and Python. He created new processes for proactive quality control reviews and established standards for producing notification lists.
Over the years, Henry has personally created hundreds of notification lists for clients. Henry is passionate about cybersecurity and ensuring that every notification list delivered to clients is as accurate as possible. He takes pride in maintaining great business relations and protecting the individuals affected by cyber incidents.
In his free time, Henry enjoys 3D printing and design, spending time with his French Bulldog, Louie, taking trips, bike rides and evening walks. He also likes to unwind by playing video games, watching TV, cooking and creating cocktails that pair well with food.
