Ines has a full expertise in handling both domestic and cross-border civil and commercial litigation.
Her practice includes banking litigation and assisting clients on shareholder conflicts, contractual breaches, as well as liability actions involving directors.
In the insolvency field, Ines advises companies and creditors on restructuring strategies, insolvency procedures and enforcement actions.
She also has experience in insurance litigation, particularly in handling casualty and professional indemnity claims.
Ines also handles real estate litigation, assisting clients in disputes related to property transactions.
Ines graduated at Bocconi University in 2018 and she was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 2022.
Before joining DWF, she worked at a leading international law firm, where she gained experience in banking, commercial and corporate litigation.
