Juliette handles all aspects of insolvency, bankruptcy and commercial litigation for French and international clients.
Juliette assists lenders, investment funds, investors, shareholders, debtors, purchasers and creditors in both amicable and judicial settings. She also defends the interests of executives when their liability is at stake.
Scope of expertises :
1. Pre-insolvency expertise
- Complex financing or refinancing scenarios;
- The context of LBOs or complex debts restructuring assisting shareholders of listed companies or non listed companies, debtor, creditors;
- Domestic and cross-border divestitures, acquisitions and mergers
2. Insolvency expertise:
- French or foreign investors in takeover bids at Court (including the due diligence process, draft of bid offers and improved offer, settlements with secured creditors and pleading);
- Clients involved in a safeguard or rehabilitation with reinstalment plans or cross class cram down application;
- Cross-border transactions
3. M&A audit with respect to restructuring issues arising in a sale or transaction.
4. Litigation expertise: my litigation practice encompasses general commercial litigation but also restructuring litigation such as representing and assisting executives and legal representatives in “post-bankruptcy” legal proceedings when their liabilities is at stake

- Advising André's buyer under the sale plan;
- Advising one of Wework's main creditors in the context of the negotiations conducted during the conciliation procedure in 2024 (for your full information, this mention of the conciliation procedure normally kept confidential had been reported by Wework's counsel and the legal press);
- Advising Fraikin, creditor of Exfret44 in the context of a safeguard procedure with classes of affected parties;
- Advising Aderans, a listed Japanese group specializing in hair treatments and care products (a competitor of L'Oréal in Asia), in connection with a conciliation procedure involving the application of exceptional provisions relating to Covid, followed by a pre-sale package and a sale plan under court-ordered receivership.
