Juliette has been a member of the Paris Bar (Avocat) since 2025 and is Associate in the Litigation & Insurance Department.Juliette represents insurance companies and their policyholders in complex international litigation before state and arbitral courts (ad hoc or under the aegis of institutions such as the ICC or the Chambre Arbitrale Maritime de Paris) in insurance and civil liability matters.
She also acts in cases involving the liability of sea, road and air carriers and other players in the transport chain. For example, she defended a shipper facing a claim for liability brought by a freight forwarder following a defective packing of dangerous products.
She also handles matter relating to insurance fraud and advise on issues connected with industrial risks.
Juliette holds a Master II in Anglo-American Business Law and a Master I in International Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as an LL.B. in European and Comparative Law from Maastricht University.
